Watching Jennifer Jacquet on the Shifting Baselines Blog is impressive, she is beautiful, but reading “Trade Secrets” that she wrote with DANIEL PAULY is equally IMPRESSIVE. WOW!
And to my unscientific brain, I especially loved reading the history about the renaming of fish and why they did it. For instance from “SLIMEHEAD” to “ORANGE ROUGHY”! YUK! Can’t you just see that on the menu!! (and many more..check it out!)
And I’m tired of hearing the tv reporters say “white women over 50 are all for Hillary”.
I’M A WHITE WOMAN, A LOT OLDER THAN 50 (does that give me double credit?)
AND HAVE PROUDLY SUPPORTED BARACK OBAMA FROM THE BEGINNING!
